New name, same services!
We are proud to announce that our firm will operate as of January 2023 under the new name of MARTINEAU iP. This name change comes as Louis Martineau, who was a partner at LESPÉRANCE & MARTINEAU S.E.N.C. since 2007, becomes sole owner. François Martineau, formerly a partner, continues his relationship with MARTINEAU iP as a patent agent of counsel; and the rest of our staff remains unchanged. MARTINEAU iP therefore continues the business and the file management of LESPÉRANCE & MARTINEAU S.E.N.C.
This change marks another milestone in the history of our firm. In 1929 the firm was founded under the name BUREAU TECHNIQUE FOURNIER. It changed its name in 1958, in 1995 and then in 2007 when it became LESPÉRANCE & MARTINEAU S.E.N.C. It will be our pleasure to continue to offer you the services to which you have become accustomed in matters of intellectual property!
